Tentative JD :

1. The role of dark store Head Operations will lead the end-to-end operations of Dark store Order fulfillment.

2. Lead all aspects of dark store operations, including but not limited to inbound, inventory, outbound, manpower planning, rostering, training, and employee engagement.

3. Managed the Pan India Dark Store Operations by building a Team of City Managers & Zonal Managers.

4. Will contribute towards development and implementation of SOPs.

5. Should have his/her own commute for field visits & should be well versed in the Local Language.

6. Ensure Dark Store Quality Control, Manpower Training & Development & overall hygiene of the Store.
