A distinct opportunity for a senior operations professional to be a part of a rapidly growing omni-channel retail chain in North India.   The Company operates 7 retail stores across Delhi NCR along with an online platform for home delivery. It has recently raised external funding to expand its store network. The Company has a vision to launch an IPO in the next 3-4 years and is looking to hire an entrepreneurial operations professional to help it reach that scale.   The candidate will need to be familiar with retail practices and should have had a hands on experience of running retail stores.  The candidate will report to the CEO and the Board and and her/his key responsibilities include:   - Appoint new distributors/shop in shops/Mbo's to expand reach of product  - Create retail strategy for the business store roll outs, profitability of the stores, product line, merchandising, branding  - Review overall store performance on key KPIs performance, merchandising, audit scores and manpower  - Formulate strategies/plans to push online sales through the Company's app/website  - Liaison with technology team to provide better user experience to online customers  Candidate Profile:   - The ideal candidate will be a operations professional with 8-15 years post qualification experience in the retail, food or FMCG space with at least 5 years in a managerial position/level   - Expertise in Business Development/ Marketing, Distribution Management, Key Account Management & Team Management
