Job description
- Design and Planning, Projects, Operations and Management
- Rollout & implementation of network elements meeting the targets.
- Managing relationship with the customer at Circle level to implement, project roll out and O&M network
- Ensuring a 0% revenue loss KPIs and high quality network with good KPIs
- Responsible for taking all rollout/ operations decisions in the circle.
- Ensure Implementation of standard O&M processes under Managed Services and guidelines for operation and maintenance of the network and monitor adherence to the same across hub.
- Plan & Coordinate with OEM vendors/MS/IP/Media partners to ensure adherence to KPI/SLAs.
- Coordinate & maintain good relationship with vendors .Continuous monitor & driving vendors meeting SLAs.
- Continuously monitor customer service feedback to make suitable modifications in the network for efficient fault rectification and optimum performance.
- Co- ordinate and liaise with passive provider for ensuring availability of shared passive infrastructure
- Monitor Network KPIs and ensure adherence to KPI/ SLAs by OEM.
- Prepare and validate all operational MIS reports for the network, suggest and implement suitable ways for improving network availability.
- Deep knowledge of Foods & Beverages operations, encompassing manufacturing, supply chain management, and distribution.
- Strong business acumen, with a demonstrated ability to drive operational performance and profitability.
- Strategic planning expertise, adept at identifying growth opportunities and implementing operational improvements.
- Exceptional leadership and managerial skills, inspiring and motivating cross-functional teams.

Education
- Degree in any field
Competencies
- Experience of managing relationships with external and internal service providers
- Extensive knowledge of wireless/mobile communications systems.
