Forum Operations Coordinator

Position Overview :

- The Team is uniquely placed between industry specialists and our clients, we can pinpoint emerging topics of interest to investors and access leaders to talk about them.

- The Team sources specialists while developing great working relationships and delivering outstanding service to our clients.

- As part of our growth and expansion, we are looking for an organized and driven Operations Coordinator to join our team in Mumbai to assist in dealing with the growing global demand of our products. Additionally, you will assist our Forum Operations team dealing with client requests and billing procedures.

Responsibilities :

- In this role you will partner with the Forum and Connections Team to assist with an array of operations projects while meeting business demands and deadlines.

- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to monitor and process registrations to conference calls and transcripts

- Coordinate internal and external marketing email campaigns

- Manage internal database upkeep Schedule domestic and international telephone consultations Ensure positive experience for our internal/external clients Answer inquiries through various forms of communication (e.g., phone and email) Listen and respond to internal/external client needs and concerns Monitor and follow-up on project status and communicate to internal/external stakeholders Work in a collaborative environment to meet and exceed assigned goals Provide internal support to the Forum Team

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's/PG degree or combination of education and equivalent work experience Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle stringent deadlines/multi-tasking Motivated self-starter, organized, detailed-oriented and ability to work independently Available to work overtime (if needed) Proficient in English Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite

Salary Offered : 5-7 LPA
