7-10 years of Operations Consulting experience for Big 4. - IIT/NIT/BITS/ISB/IIM/FMS/MDI

KRAs:

- Engage and lead the delivery of consulting projects to clients as part of a team or individually and be able to deliver the value that have been promised to clients.

- Manage projects (projects delivery/execution) - take responsibility of other related dimensions of the project- like managing the billing, collections, efforts etc. which in turn would result in managing the profitability of the projects.

- Manage clients expectations - building and sustaining long term and healthy relationships with the clients, managing the client's expectations, ensuring that the expectations are met and the same should reflect into continued business with the same client.

- Business Development : Support on business development opportunities, conducting diagnostics and preparation of the proposal documents.

- Domain Development : Support in development of assets and methodologies, development of point-of-view, research or white papers, development of marketing collateral, and publications in industry periodicals

- Always look for opportunities for Ops Consulting in existing/ potential accounts and engage with the client CXO team on a regular basis to create larger share of mind for driving business

Experience required:

1. BE/B.Tech + MBA from premier institutes.

2. 7-10 years of relevant experience - out of which at least 5-6 should be in consulting.

3. Ideally experience with Management or Business consulting firms related to Strategy & Operations consulting.

4. Demonstrated experience in delivering tangible improvements to clients across industries.

5. Areas of previous experience - across 1 or more of the following:

- Lean/ Six Sigma/ TOC/ TPM training and hands on implementation experience

- Manpower optimisation

- EBITDA improvement

- Cost reduction

- Productivity/ throughput improvement

- Digital transformation

- Organization structure & productivity improvement

- Process reengineering

6. Manufacturing operations experience, hands on experience with Lean Six Sigma, TPM, Asset Optimization, Operation excellence, production, maintenance, planning, improvement of task force, etc. is a must have.

7. Not looking for Supply Chain experience (procurement, logistics, sales, stores, etc.)
