Operations Associate - Growth - Real Estate/Online

Responsibilities:

- Assist with Pipeline Management and Sales Forecasting to help leadership on decision making

- Prepare reports related to analysis and measurement of progress towards OKRs and key org goals

- Build dashboards via Salesforce and BI tools (Tableau/Salesforce) to track, manage and provide insights on KPIs

- Contract uploads & management of manually executed agreements on WeWork systems

- Trouble-shooting & assistance for teams across India - basis their specific data or systems-related requests

- Data presentations for business reviews and growth initiatives

- Assist the India HQ team (Sales, Community & Finance teams) on business planning, strategy, and special projects

Qualifications & Attributes:

- A Bachelor's Degree preferably in Engineering, Science or Mathematics (3-4 year degree). A Master's degree is not mandatory for this role

- Minimum of 2 years experience in reporting and data analysis

- Comfort in handling CRM tools like Salesforce o Working knowledge of Excel and exposure to learning analytical tools

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail and good follow-through

- Ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information
