Operations Analyst

A. Coordination and managing all requirements with Fund Trustee

B. Coordination with and managing all requirements with Fund accounting team - disbursal, income recognition, oversee fund admin and accounting (audit of Trust)

C. Investor communication - Quarterly update transmission, TDS, handling queries

D. Shareholders documentation follow-up

i. Shares have been issued, conversion terms, follow through any approvals where affirmative voting rights related issues have to be given

ii. Compliance check of portfolio companies

iii. SEBI related communication and coordination with compliance

E. Data collation for Institutions, if any

F. Coordination on tax and accounting matters including valuation

G. Assist with quarterly investor updates, advisory board updates and distributor updates

H. Assist with investment memo preparation - industry landscaping, financial modelling, Scenario analysis, IRR analysis

I. Assist with transaction documentation - new investments and existing investments
