Operations Analyst - eCommerce

The candidate should have more logistics/supply chain experience. This allows them to understand our data better and faster.

The candidate shouldn't be a pure data analyst. I would prefer less BI Experience (with tooling for visualisation / data querying) and more ad-hoc analysis experience where the candidate has to think about which metrics to collect, analyze and come up with insights/recommendations.

The candidate should ideally have previous experience in a startup / ecom business.
