Operations Analyst

About the role : We're looking to hire a dynamic Operations Analyst who will support the operations function with actionable data and insights

Job Responsibilities :

- Maintain dashboards and trackers to closely monitor ops metrics

- Analyse data and identify gaps and optimizations

- Support the ops teams with actionable insights and course correction measures

- Co-own & drive programs with senior leaders

- Attain deep understanding of how things work under the hood, anticipate how things could go wrong, and figure out how to fix them when they do

Qualifications and skills :

- Expertise in writing SQL queries is a must, knowledge of other data tools is good to have

- Relevant work experience in operations with a penchant for data analysis and cross functional collaboration.

- Individual willing to roll up their sleeves and get the hands dirty

- Strong team player.

- High intent of getting things done

- Exceptional problem solving skills

- Bachelors degree, Post Graduate (MBA) Optional
