We are hiring for our International Financial Services Client

Role: Operation Risk Management-BFSI Domain

Work Locations: Hyderabad/Bangalore

Work Experience Range: 8 years-14 years

CTC Budget: 16 LPA- 23 LPA (Fixed)

Shifts: UK shifts:- 1:30PM - 10:30PM\

Mandatory Skills/Essential Skills:

Issue Validation, Issue Management, Risk Control, Controls Testing, Risk and Compliance - {From International Banking/International Financial Services Domain only}

It is a techno-functional role

Notice period: 0-60 days max

Job Responsibilities:

- 8+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: business operations, implementation, Operation risk management, project delivery and strategic planning

- Liaise with key business partners, providing subject matter expertise on a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations (that are managed by others) to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives

- Support Issue Management - liase with business on corrective actions, ensure that adequate controls have been implemented

- Perform deep dives on processes

- Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and impasse and pipeline management relating to assigned operations. Enacts and monitors key indicators to ensure effective performance and control management of assigned operations

- Establish framework for assigned business operational reviews and suggests oversight strategies

- Participate in performance monitoring reviews

- Ensure effective integration/timing of change initiatives related to assigned business operations

- Has ongoing accountability for effective operational controls

- Influence technology or innovation opportunities on behalf of line of business or group and participates on projects as needed

- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical skills and strong operational risk management experience with the ability to define and evolve operational controls based on analysis

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate clearly and concisely with engineers and executives

- Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment

- Intermediate / Advanced skills in MS-Office Suite (Specifically excel / PowerPoint)

- Individual with operational risk management back ground including project management experience

- Financial Services industry experience would be desired
