Responsibilities :

1. Risk : Operational Risk Management: Supporting the Global Risk Team in overseeing the successful implementation and execution of the Operational Risk Management Frameworks within the business.

- Fixed Income, Equities, Multi-Asset, Private Market/Alternatives

Job Responsibilities :

- Support Global Risk and Compliance Committee ("GRCC") and its sub-committees.

- Assist with the implementation of operational risk frameworks and their supporting policies.

- Help conduct annual risk & self-control assessment reviews across entities and regions.

- Support the identification, assessment and reporting on operational risk controls and indicators in line with existing regulations and preparing for future changes.

- Assist the lines of business with analysis, expertise, and problem solving as well as providing oversight.

- Help identify and implement best practice operational risk process.

- Support ongoing due diligence on outsourced service providers.

- Close collaboration with and support for the Group Operational Risk function.

- Assist in ad hoc projects and initiatives related to operational risk management.
