Operational Risk Manager - Bank

A Leading Corporate Bank is seeking to hire an Operational Risk Manager with 5 - 8 years of experience in operational control/operational risk in captives/financial services.

The role is is responsible for implementation of operational control plans, risk mapping, conducting of OPC ORM Committees, preparation related reports, reporting of operational risk control indicators, and carrying out Control related Spot checks on OPC activities and follow-up of incidents.

Role

1. To exercise the role of OPC Operational Risk Manager Correspondent

2. To set up locally Operational Risk Controls.

3. To assist operating staff in defining Operational Control, organizational principles and methods and to verify the accuracy of the systems in place.

4. To organize, in close cooperation with OPC in the region and the Platform Heads, the OPC Control Committee meetings, to prepare the agenda and to write down the minutes.

5. To overview the KPI/KRI meetings of the OPC Platforms
