- Conducting of Risk & Control Self Assessment for Liability Operations Units (Branch Banking & Retail Liability Operations)
- Experience of handling Trade Service Desk at Branch shall be an added advantage
- Product and Process reviews
- Monitoring of Key Risk Indicator
- Operational Risk Incident reporting and conducting Root Cause Analysis
- Create various advisories / training / awareness on Operational Risk
- Should be CA/CWA/CS/MBA
- Good team management skills, ability to work under pressure and good conflict management skills
