Operational Risk Management Role - BFSI

Overview:

This highly visible position is in the risk management function of the Organisation. Incumbent will have a direct line of sight of Sr Management.

Skills Required :

- Exp: 7-12 years

- Education: M.A-Economics or MBA-Finance/Operations from Premier Instituitions is mandatory.

(Certification in ORM/FRM/PRM is an added advantage)

- Relevant experience in Operational Risk Management, RCSA Framework, Risk monitoring, Designing and Implementing risk management framework and MIS.

- Candidates from Financial Services /Banks will be preferred.

- Good Communication, Customer Focus, Analytical skills required.

Key Responsibilities :

- Monitor the established risk appetite.

- Own the monthly risk MIS reports to Sr Leadership and provide information as required by stakeholders.

- Assess the risks of existing/ new process.

- Planning, designing and implementing an overall risk management process for the organization.

- Manage a 3-4 member Ops Risk Team.
