Operational Risk Management Role - BFSI

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Products and Regulatory Knowledge of Trade Finance Operations and Global Market Operations;

- Assist in the design of standard control and testing procedures, templates and methodology, and the inclusion of company's protocols and mandates for Control. Facilitates control governance by evaluating, maintaining and enhancing the Operational Risk Control framework;

- Assist in Risk mapping and Ensure all CIB Operations controls are exhaustively and continuously mapped in RCSA.

- Analysis and Investigation of Incidents;

- Execution of the controls on-site;

- Analysis and Investigation of Incidents;

- Follow up for Audit Recommendations implementation;

- Draft operating procedures as required and publish on the territory procedure platform.

Have to travel once in a month to 8 Branches (Delhi, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Pune, Bangalore).

Technical :

- Domain Knowledge of Banking Products and Regulatory requirements

- Operational Risk Management

- Experience in Operational Risk Management within a bank / Trade Finance / Global Markets
