We are hiring for one of our Top MNC in Mumbai for the Operational Risk management role. - Governance packs generation including a detailed review of patterns and trends, data accuracy. Minutes taking and followup on actions from various governance meetings - Work on Corrective Action Plans related to division and assist with governance/ monitoring of the controls. - Manage all aspects of Front Office Operational risk including operational and financial integrity issues, Self-Identified Issues, Audit Findings, NPA's and risk/p&amp;l sign-offs - Lead and discuss the incorporation of new metrics &amp; collaborating with developer for potential automation.Identify process to streamline &amp; migrating the metric to more strategic solution like Navigator. - Senior management delegate in terms of NFR governance task (example trader mandate breaches review) - Liaision with Desk heads on various level 1 controls (Customer Complaints, external committee etc). Provide analytical support to the BCU team and senior management decision making - 4-5 years work experience in banking domain working in regulatory reporting projects/ operational risk management. - Strong computer skills, particularly in dealing with high volume of data, management of databases and Excel. Advanced exposure to Word and Powerpoint is must &nbsp;- Strong analytical skills and ability to formulate clearly and present information in a compelling manner - Confident to question the status quo business practice / existing control framework - Strong interpersonal and excellent verbal and written communication skills - Experience in Global Regulations, Operational Risk Management would be preferable.
