Presently I am working for our Client which is one of the topmost leading Multinational Company in Financial Sector.

They are looking forward for good quality candidates who would be interested working with them for following Position

Operational Risk Management - Audit Plan

Associate / Manager / Sr. Manager Grade

Brief JD:-

- Conducting process audits as per the audit plan

- Prepare working papers on observations

- Develop and discuss findings, recommendations and time lines for corrective action with stakeholders and monitor the implementation status of agreed recommendations.

- Draft process audit/assignment reports for review by senior management

- Undertake or coordinate periodic business monitoring (RCSA) activities within the Business Unit and escalate findings and or breaches to Business Unit Head and BORM, when they occur

- To make recommendations on the systems and procedures being reviewed, report on the findings and recommendations and monitor management's response and implementation

- To review and report on the accuracy, timeliness and relevance of the information that is provided for management

- Monitor the status of recommendations and appraise the adequacy of follow-up actions taken on process audit findings and recommendations.

- Develop and maintain sector based knowledge.

- Contribute to corporate process audit planning, risk assessment processes and operational risk

- Document, evaluate and test manual and automated systems and controls to determine their existence, adequacy, effectiveness and continuity ensuring"

Functional Skills

- Basic Knowledge of the financial services industry

- In depth knowledge of audit process

- Strong understanding of the relationships between businesses and support units within a financial institution and how they impact the overall control environment and audit approach

- Ability to communicate

- Quality – high standards and controls

- Strong facilitation and negotiation skills

- Should be self motivative

- Good writing skills and presentation skills
