Operational Risk/GRC Consultant (10-16 yrs)
I am hiring for OpsRisk/ GRC Consultant for my MNC Client.
Roles & Responsibilities-
1. To be deputed as a domain consultant for client-facing roles and to work in GRC or OpRisk specific engagements
2. To be part of any technology consulting or product implementation of any third-party tools
3. To be part of any RCSA technology implementation work and drive the entire risk & controls optimization exercise
4. To part of any RCSA operations or GRC operations book-of-work
5. As part of the client engagement role, executes the control assessment & risk assessment exercise
6. Provides governance and oversight to include technology operational risk, information security risk
7. GRC RCSA Data quality governance, tracking & oversight including risk & control transformation activities
8. To prepare a repository of the library of internal loss-data, external loss-data, KRI's, RCSA & other reference data for any POC or POV client purpose.
Eligibility-
- Expert knowledge in retail banking, investment banking products and a solid understanding in the 1st LOD & 2nd LOD
- Should have been part of any third party OpRisk / GRC implementation programme in any bank or FI's
- Solid understanding on regulatory guidelines addressing the OpRisk, ERM & GRC aspects
- End-to-end functional and data-flow / process knowledge in the banking operations, enabling to do the RCSA work in an elaborative manner
- Excellent communication skills -both written & verbal
- Excellent design and analysis skills
- Proactive & self-reliant to own and resolve the issues around project
- Intermediate skills in Excel & SQL
- Knowledge of confluence & share-point
