Operational Head - Retail

We are seeking an Operational Head - Retail to join a dynamic team with a leading Organization based out in Bangalore.

Overview of Role:

Position Objective:

Responsible for overall retail operations by providing effective leadership, support and advice to the territory heads and other members of the operational team. Essentially responsible for the commercial development of the business, through the implementation and maintenance of professional retail standards across all the regions increasing retail foot print and maximizing the Sales and Profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the Revenue, P&L, and overall performance of the territory.

- Responsible for creating Retail Foot Print

- Responsible for staff management and development.

- Responsible for merchandise management and display standards across all stores.

- To ensure good customer service standards are delivered in all stores.

- To ensure Loss Prevention and Profit Control is adhered to.

- Responsible for Planning for events and promotions, within the Territory requirements and specifics.

- Management of warehousing and logistics relating to Retail.

Qualifications: Education & Experience:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in sales, marketing, Business, or related field.

- Experience in operations (Retail), preferably in a retail environment, with a strong focus on experimental retail operations and decision making.

- Strong creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop unique concepts.

- Results-driven with a focus on achieving objectives and KPIs through innovative experimental strategies
