Qualification Requirements:

- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (preferred)

- Bachelor's/PG Degree in commerce, Engineering or related field

- Project Management (preferred)

Experience:

- Leading & Delivering Large Transformation Projects within Financial Services or similar industry

- Strong demonstrated experience leading & delivering Business Improvement projects

- Demonstrated experience leading squads/project teams

- Agile Delivery Experience (preferred)
