Overview - Graviti Pharma is looking for a technically sound engineer, who can lead operational excellence function.

Responsibilities:

- Improve manufacturing efficiency through strategic initiatives

- Champion process improvement initiatives to optimize workflows

- Implement preventive measures and lead proactive maintenance programs

- Drive technology changes for the manufacturing unit

- Champion the culture of operational excellence, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

- Experience required : 5 years (Minimum) - 15 years ( maximum)

- Education - Bachelors/Masters in Mechanical/Electrical/ Production Engineering from Top Engineering Colleges only.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Out of the total work experience, 4+ years of shopfloor experience is mandatory ( in manufacturing/maintenance/quality
