Note : Please apply only if you are working with BANK / Consulting firm - Big Four - The role holder is responsible for assisting the Operation team and coordinating with partner business units (allocated ops teams), in execution of the core strategy, in line with the Bank's vision. The role holder is also responsible for working closely with key stakeholders in implementation of PAN-Bank strategic projects (process enhancement /re-engineering, RPA, Artificial Intelligence and new initiatives etc) and addressing any potential roadblocks to success of the projects / initiatives, while ensuring synergy between various functions. - The role involves a mix of developing short/ midterm strategy for the team including change management and organization development, process improvement, performance management &amp; reviews. Works closely with the Operations BU heads on the planning, strategy development and execution - Study, Review and benchmark branch related processes, branch administration, branch service quality and customer experience and suggest improvement models for process optimization. - Demonstrate ability to work effectively plan short term/ midterm/ long term operational strategies. - Study and review branch processes, fraud indicators, internal controls to avoid branch operational risks, and frauds - Work on various special/strategic/confidential projects with the leaders from time to time. Ensure alignment to institutional goals in partner teams. - Act as a Strategic Advisor to the aligned Functions - Works in close coordination to define and drive the implementation plan for short term and long-term strategy for partner Business Units while focusing on change management, organizational development, process improvement, performance management etc. - Works in close coordination with relevant Business Units to define the key steps and action plan for launch and rollout of key initiatives/ enhancement of existing processes in line with Bank's vision and overall BU objectives. Be involved in key policy and process changes for your respective teams. - Tracks, controls and takes necessary steps to expedite implementation of strategic projects with the objective of closing deliverables in the stipulated timelines for the aligned functions. - Participates in periodic meetings relevant stakeholders including Business Heads, Digital Banking, Business and Digital Technology Solutions Group etc. to identify and evaluate and drive key avenues for digitization with the objective of enhancing customer experience or improving business efficiencies. - Participates in various management and strategic business reviews for partner Business Units and ensures timely and periodic reviews. - Undertakes periodic market reviews and competitor analysis of developments/new trends in different products/services/processes/innovations for partner Business Units
