Operation Risk Specialist - IT Controls - BFSI

- Review processes and products of the Bank for availability of adequate automated controls, interim controls in-lieu of automation, and approve related Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA);

- Prepare process flow documents to record the processing of a activities. Enhance the repository at defined frequency.

- Review User Requirement Document (URD), Business Requirement Document (BRD), Functional Specification Document (FSD) for review of IT controls to mitigate and enhance automated control.

- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to review adequacy of automated control.

- Review flow of data for straight through processing of the transaction or a leg of transactions for adequacy of control and timeout response.

- Perform thematic reviews of system controls.

- Prepare user access matrix for new applications, enhance the same for existing application, and review all the matrix at a defined frequency.

- Actively participate and contribute in RCSA exercise to build robust automated controls.

- Prepare IT risk and control library for the Bank.

- Participate in incident review discussion to evaluate root cause analysis, corrective action plan and preventive action plan.

- Facilitate in enhancing KRI framework of the Bank by continuous review, inclusion/exclusion and discussion with concern stakeholders.

- Create awareness across functions on risk and reporting of events
