Operation Risk Manager - Treasury

1 Updating Operational Risk Policy to ensure that the policy reflect best practice

2 Perform and coordinate Operational Risk framework components which includes:

- Risk and Control Self Assessments (RCSA) and due-diligence reviews

- Operational Risk Reporting and Analysis

- New Business Initiatives (NBI) Risk Reviews

- Record Operational risk incidents and associated process breakdowns

- Assisting the Principal Risk Owners and Principal Risk Coordinators with the identification of key risk indicators in their business units

- Report Key Risk Indicators (KRI) breaches and deriving root cause for significant deviations

- Document action plans and report on issue status from RCSA's and Audits

3. Aggregating and analyzing risk events reported by the business units into the Basel 2 categories

4. Participate in project teams and liaise with the business unit representatives

5. Work closely with internal audit, compliance and other key control functions for integrated control reviews

6. Build and maintain strong relationships with business management, business support heads and other areas of risk management domestically

C. Qualifications and Experience Requirement Qualifications

Essential

- Graduate minimum (First class)

- Post graduate (MBA) with relevant concentration in finance or business management. (Part time/Full time)

- Professional Certifications in Risk Management (Basel, FRM, ERM) would be an added advantage.
