Maintenance of Risk Register :

- Understand facts of Risk events reported

- Do root cause analysis

- Categorise the event appropriately

- Communicate with relevant person/s in other departments, as necessary

- Record the correct facts in the Risk Register

- Accurate categorization of Risk Events reported with Loss data

Maintenance of Tracker for recording decisions taken by Operational Risk Management Committee in meetings :

- Maintain decision tracker subsequent to ORMC meeting

- Follow-up with concerned person to get update of status of implementation of decision taken

- Update tracker for status of implementation / completion of task assigned

Weekly update Operational Risk head about compliance status of decisions taken by ORMC
