Operation Manager - Rural & Distribution - FMCG

Responsibilities :

- Identify distribution gaps and bridge outlet gaps to increase business growth

- Work closely with the Transformation manager, and Digitization manager to ideate & co-create projects.

- Support implementation of digitized processes and transformation agenda through close coordination with Branch teams

- Design & plan optimum staff - stockists, field force, a span of control, distributor optimization & return on investment

- Improve SSM productivity across branches through different initiatives

- Own and drive the Field Force Incentive program
