Operations Manager
Salary: upto 7 - 10 lac p.a
NOTE: Looking out for people only from Electronics / On-Line / E-Commerce Space, where the candidate has dealt with Mobile accessories, Gadgets, Smart Watches & Action Cameras.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing the operations seamlessly and timely SLA delivery along with maintaining high levels of employee and customer satisfaction
- Create, manage and optimize the workflow for overall operations
- Understanding business problems, making sense of the data landscape & footprint, performing exploratory & deep analytics, extracting actionable insights, and helping put together an execution road-map.
- Constantly strive to bring strategic advantage to the organization with focus on Performance Improvement, Customer Satisfaction, Cost Reduction, Cycle Time Reduction, Process Design, Process Re-Engineering & Sustainability
- Full cross-functional integration with other stakeholders, including marketing, category team, eCommerce operations, warehouse operations and finance.
- Responsible for following agreed governance model, escalation & communication plan
- Identify and drive continuous improvements and initiatives across various operational processes
- Generate dashboard and scorecards for the Team for review
- Creating and optimizing customer service processes to effectively service customer requests while controlling costs
- Managing all internal software integrations with in-house platforms (warehouse management software, customer service applications etc.)
- Work with cross functional teams to evaluate capability and cost analysis
- Develop in-depth knowledge of all current operations procedures and processes, showing willingness to engage at any level to creatively solve issues as they arise
- Should be able to anchor suitable processes along with relevant technology interventions
Requirements:
- Qualification -B.E/B.Tech and/or MBA
- Should have minimum 4-6 years of experience in e-commerce across different departments
- The candidate should be a critical thinker and problem-solver
- Action Oriented, high on Integrity, Trust and Perseverance
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
