About IML: IML Jeans Co. is a maker of handcrafted denim jeans for women. We are a purely bespoke service and manufacture a garment based on a pattern created exclusively for each customer, and entirely based on customer preferences.

We have been in the garments finishing industry for over 20 years and our team includes designers, textile engineers, anthropologists, tailors, fit analysts, and young and dynamic marketing professionals. Our designs are developed in-house taking into account myriad factors including future trends, wear ability and comfort for the Indian woman, quality of fabrics and trims, and a heavy focus on research and development.

Role Purpose:

- Handle the entire operations from the time of receiving the order from the sales till post handing over the end product to them by working closely with the Production team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Work with the sales team to understand the customer requirements.

- Work closely with the Production team to receive the end product which meets customer specifications and ensure timely delivery.

- Interact with designer and do the QC to ensure product meets the quality standards.

- Develop vendors to source fabrics, buttons, zips and other accessories selected by design staff at competitive price.

- Maintain inventory basis predicted requirement and control records.

- Dispose of unwanted inventory at competitive price

Desired Profile:

Education: :Post graduate from NIFT - Delhi

Experience: 4-6 Years of relevant experience with leading brands.

- Technical/Functional Knowledge

- Good at managing team

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, written & presentation skills
