Operation Head - Retail

We are Looking for Operation Head of Franchise Channel

Location - Mumbai

Industry - Preferred from Jewelry line or Retail Industry

Responsibilities :

1) Store Setup and Management:

- Lead the setup and management of offline retail stores for the company.

- Oversee store design, layout, and infrastructure to ensure an optimal shopping environment.

2) Sales and Marketing:

- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive in-store footfall and sales.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective marketing campaigns.

3) Merchandising:

- Oversee the merchandising of jewellery products, ensuring an attractive and diverse product range.

- Manage inventory, stock levels, and product presentation in stores.

4) Network Expansion:

- Plan and execute the expansion of the showroom network in line with company objectives.

- Identify new locations and opportunities for store growth.

- Manage the store opening process as part of the Proof of Concept for offline retail expansion.

5) Business Growth:

- Drive same store sales growth by implementing effective sales strategies.
