Job Description

- Hands on Experience in Quality / Operations Excellence : 2+ Years; 4+ years of total work exp

- Six Sigma , Lean Trained /Certified

- Domain – F & A / Supply Chain Management

- Ability to distinguish OM requirements between Stable, Capable & Optimized Gen 4 status

- Ability to coach process owners on Failure Modes, Capacity Utilization and day to day process management principles

- Ability to map processes, engage frontline process owners in identifying NVA.

- Passion for mistake-proofing & driving process improvements using Break Fix Techniques

- Drive CTS improvements using BPO Automation Technologies (such as Workflow, OCR, Fusion, Other tools)
