Operation Excellence Manager - FMCG

Client: MNC FMCG company based out in Gurgaon.

- Develop and deploy OE Strategy for ES (2P/3P) in India.

- Lead Diagnostics in all ES sites.

- Manage the transformation from current processes to adoption of the Production System ways of working.

- Stakeholder Mapping to remove blockers and barriers for faster delivery

- Deliver savings from 3P/2P site COGS.

- Devise strategy for improvement opportunities, and facilitate the identification of improvement projects at 3P/2P sites.

- Manage and/or co-ordinate the implementation of business process improvements at site to deliver business targets.

- Apply tools, techniques, knowledge and skills acquired during expert training sessions to generate opportunities that deliver business benefit – both financial and non-financial.

- Transfer of tools, techniques, knowledge and skills on GPS / OE to 3P/2P site employees.

- Design and implement measures to monitor improvements on Operational Excellence at 3P/2P sites.

- Ensure that Operational Excellence becomes integrated with ways of working at 3P/2P sites.

- Create/facilitate detailed plans listing prioritized utilization of resources.

- Provide mentoring support to advocates including Managers.

- Reward & Recognize - Through ERA financial & non financial awards at 3PM sites.

- Facilitate project documentation like PIFs, Project closure reports & AAR’s of 3P/2P sites.

- Work with corporate functional leaders in team to establish compelling cases for change in functions, and further develop Lean Sigma Strategies and Deployment plans.
