Position: Brand Manager


Description :


- The Brand Manager is a lead role responsible for brand strategy and deliver innovative marketing campaigns. The person will be responsible to creative brand strategy with focus on customer acquisition and engagement.


- It would require the person to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the brand comes up with the communication strategy to attract customers and improve customer experience; this role will directly report to the Marketing Manager.


Key Responsibilities :


- Create a brand strategy, as well as implement and deliver creative elements in collaboration with the Digital Marketing team and other creative teams.


- Develop Brand management strategy to support top line & bottom-line growth & foray into new segments and innovative products for the Organization.


- Will be responsible for brand positioning coordinate with design team to create Facebook ads, Linkedin ads, website banners, landing pages, emails, SMS campaigns, mobile notifications, digital videos, digital banners & internal communications.


- Partnering with Digital Marketing and Product teams on a regular basis to align business objectives, consumer value proposition, customer journey, on-platform, and external communications and creative development process in order to persuade the target audience to "take action."


- Monitor, measure market trends, research consumer markets and competitors activities and report performance of marketing campaigns and assess ROI and KPIs.


- Oversee the brand's market position, look, and feel, ensuring consistency across all channels and media. Work closely with creative agencies for new product launch campaigns, corporate marketing and email marketing campaigns etc.


- Understand the organizations strategic business requirements based on its growth focus and strategy. Extensive knowledge of marketing environment through data insights, competitor activities and derive unique strategies.


- Develop Annual plans & Budgeting for the brand and monitor the expenditure.


Location: Hyderabad


Qualification :


- Bachelor's degree/PG in business administration, marketing, advertising, communications.


Experience:


- 5+ years of Proven working experience as a Brand Manager or an equivalent position in core brand and marketing communication roles.


- Proven ability to work on brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations.


- Ability to manage workload and cope in a constantly changing and evolving environment.


- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.


- Experience with digital marketing across web, console, and social including working with online/digital marketplaces.


- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suit, Google analytics, CRM software, Digital marketing platforms.


- Prior experience in Gaming industry will be a plus.
