We are looking for a talented Email Delivery Specialist to join our Marketing team. Your key responsibilities include running email marketing campaigns end-to-end, email marketing automation, managing email databases and lead generation

- Identify the target audience, grow our email list and create email databases for lead generation

- Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns. This includes (but is not limited to) designing email templates, building email lists, and more.

- Ensure prompt, accurate, and error-free communication with customers to build loyal relationships and minimize unsubscribes

- Collaborate with clients and colleagues to create dynamic, compelling content, as well as A/B or split-testing the effective of particular templates, Unique Value Propositions and Calls to Action to determine which generate the best response rates

- Analyse the results of previous mailers and highlight key performance indicators

- Maintain a database of customers who have opted to receive our correspondence

- Distributing emails through the use of automation software and monitor and report on the utility of each campaign

- Upgrade our email templates using graphics, personalization and advanced features

- Manage a variety of visual assets such as digital display and interactive media (moving images, video, etc.), written content, HTML code and more

- Report on sales revenue generated from email marketing efforts and follow up on interested respondents

- Ensure emails follow industry standards and privacy policies

- Troubleshoot deliverability issues and suggest methods for improvements

- Use statistical analysis and reports to create automation campaigns

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelors or Masters in marketing or related discipline

- Experience in digital marketing, marketing analytics, or email marketing experience, preferably in a related industry

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales automation tools like Pardot, Marketo, Outreach preferred

- Strong communication skills written and oral

- Ability to track, measure, and report on results of email marketing campaigns to determine ROI

- Sufficient experience in marketing automation and content management systems

- Excellent analytical skills and ability to provide actionable insights from data

- Skilled in problem solving and project management

- Self-starter with a history of pushing for deadline-driven results
