Your Responsibilities:

- You'll be working with a team of 20+ supply side team members and 200+ teachers to start with! You'll be responsible for building a supply side/ teacher playbook for our organization that we can used to scale to cities beyond Bangalore and Kolkata.

- You'll be responsible for designing processes, building teams and holding metrics across a teacher's journey at Openhouse: starting from teacher acquisition -> training -> on-boarding -> relation management -> retention.

- You'll be working cross-functionally with other stakeholders like curriculum, lxd, product, centre and founders to align on all things teacher related especially our classroom experience & teacher app. Last but not the least, you'll help build teacher communities in each of our centres such that there is a sense of belonging and permanence in every neighborhood where Openhouse goes!

Desired Experience:

Must haves:

- Minimum of + 4 years of work experience; ideally 6+ years

- Worked in orgs that are 50-200 and directly managed a team of 20+ members for at least 1 year

Nice to have:

- Worked on marketplace companies where you've managed supply; ideally service marketplaces Has an inclination towards the education industry

- Since this is a senior role, we are open minded in terms of compensation based on the candidate's experiences + willingness to grow in the organisation. CTC is not a constraint for the right candidate.
