Your Responsibilities :
- You'll build our retail playbook : people & processes at each learning hub
- We have 8 live locations. Each centre team will roll up to you and together you guys will own the following stages for our customers post acquisition: on-boarding -> relationship building -> retention -> up-selling -> community.
- You'll be responsible for the P&L of all centres in Bangalore.
- Your north star is to increase the time spent by children at our learning hub.
- You'll be working cross-functionally with stakeholders on the demand side (parents), supply side (teachers), product and founders to help you achieve your goals
- Last but not the least, you'll help build a mission driven community between all our team members & teachers working at the learning hub. Preferred mindset
- Process & metrics driven, seasoned manager
- Enjoy the challenge of working in a fast-paced, start-up environment
- Ability to learn & iterate while building a playbook
- Evangelise the Openhouse vision to current and prospective team members , Desire to build the right culture & people for our retail org desired experience
Must haves :
- Minimum of + 4 years of work experience; ideally 6+ years
- Worked in orgs that are 50-200 and directly managed a team of 20+ members for at least 1 year
Nice to have :
- Worked on launching or growing cities in retail/ online to offline/ consumer brands
- Has an inclination towards the education industry
