- Manage day to day activities of the learning hub and ensure its efficient operations, including all pre- sale and post-sale activities.
- Lead the centre team and ensure their productivity and targets; daily standups, process and policy adherence across sub-functions.
- Own the P/L of the hub and be the key problem solver.
- Build and manage relationships with teachers, parents and team.
- Work with City GM on new initiatives and adapting business strategy based on the customer demand trends for the micro-market.
- Motivate and mentor the centre team to drive their key performance indicators such as onboarding, engagement, consumption, renewals etc.
- Lead the team to manage customer reception, student data management, customer service processes and ensure rapid follow up to customer service problems
- Coordinate with Marketing on Center-focused marketing activity
- Represent Openhouse during parent facing events like trials, camps, PTM days
