About the job : We are looking for a D2C Manager with an intrapreneurial & growth mindset. A hustler who is data driven, can execute out of the box ideas. This role requires that the candidate has have high sense of ownership & capacity to function independently.
Responsibilities:
Brand Management:
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to enhance brand awareness and equity.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate brand messaging into various campaigns and initiatives.
Campaign Management:
- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns to meet brand and business objectives.
- Oversee the creative development process, ensuring that campaigns align with brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of integrated campaigns.
ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) Optimization:
- Implement performance marketing strategies to maximize ROAS across various digital channels.
- Analyze campaign data and metrics to optimize targeting, creative elements, and messaging for improved performance.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance ROAS.
Performance Marketing:
- Develop and implement performance marketing initiatives, leveraging channels such as PPC, social media, and display advertising.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, improve conversion rates, and drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Collaborate with the analytics team to measure and report on the effectiveness of performance marketing efforts.
Creative Marketing:
- Oversee the creation of visually appealing and impactful creative assets that align with brand guidelines and resonate with the target audience.
- Collaborate with internal and external creative teams to bring innovative ideas to life.
- Ensure that creative elements contribute to the overall success of marketing campaigns.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in brand management, campaign management, and performance marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and techniques, with a focus on maximizing ROAS.
- Creative mindset with experience overseeing the development of compelling visual and written content.
- Proficient in marketing analytics tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
