Open Secret - Finance Analyst

Key responsibilities:

- Create Daily sales & marketing dashboard along with reporting of Target vs actuals for revenue & P&L.

- Prepare monthly S&OP template used for the Revenue Targets along with P&L metrics

- Assessed the actual results against the budgeted goals to identify and correct accounting issues and variances.

- Structure MIS, analyze business profitability, and advise corrective actions to cross functional teams.

- Should be able to provide skillful financial advice & negotiation support to management in closing critical business deals.

- Support Ad hoc reporting analysis and special projects example financial analysis for setting up new products, new business.

- Prepare the analyse product costing & report variances

Experience & skills:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in Accounts/Finance OR equivalent

- Good communication and organization skills

- Ideally who has developed & reviewed a financial/budgeting plan as per business needs.

- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

- Proven ability to drive the finance processes from start to end.

- Build operational plan for optimizing on utilization and channel mix.

- Ability to work & deliver under pressure.
