The goal is to become the most preferred F&B platform for families by un-junking their favourite food & beverages. Open Secret is currently available through their website at https://opensecret.in, multiple ecommerce platforms, and across offline stores Pan India where they sell their entire range of un-junked snacks along with other partner brands including; Nutty Cookies, Nutty Chips, Flavoured Nuts, Nutty Shake Mixes , Chocolates, Nutty Spreads etc.
Responsibilities:- Scale traffic in a profitable fashion across performance marketing, affiliates, influencer and organic
- Lead all retention efforts across digital channels; CRM, telemarketing, etc.
- Work closely with the product and tech teams to optimise storefront and listings for conversion, basket building, and profitability
- Co-create GTM for onboarded brands and categories along with the category managers to deliver on monthly revenue and growth targets
- Manage and grow a nimble and diverse team to deliver on above goals
Requirements:
- 4 - 5 years business and / or marketing experience in relevant startup and e commerce.
- Strong experience using performance marketing to drive traffic growth and brand awareness
- Strength working with cross functional teams in a high growth environment
