What you'll be doing: - Create conversational content across formats like videos, blogs, whitepapers, books, reports, webinars, infographics, podcasts etc. - Ensure all content is consistent in terms of Open's brand voice, style &amp; stays true to our messaging goal - Maintain a calendar and ensure a healthy content tempo - Create content pieces that move specific target audiences down the funnel - Plan, share, promote and measure the impact of content marketing campaigns - Champion regular reporting on content performance (performance of blog content, traffic from sources etc.) - Assist in the planning and execution of community events. - Grow your skills, and learn by working closely with all departments to plan and execute exciting and engaging campaigns. What you'll bring along: - 2 to 4 yrs of work exp in content marketing &amp; are actively looking to level up - Good grasp of Google Analytics to measure content performance &amp; iterate - Ability to be a self-starter who is real fast. Open is growing really fast &amp; we'll need you to drive that boost. - Thirst to be constantly learning, experimenting, failing &amp; going at it again - Ability to thrive in chaos and build planes while you fly them
