Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Drive the overall Employer branding & hiring strategy for Onward Bangalore in the digital Technology space (Embedded/Digital/IT)
2. Lead the entire hiring cycle to deliver the hiring numbers as planned.
3. Lead, Manage & Motivate the TA team (10 resources) throughout the entire hiring process.
4. Be an Onward Champion to attract the best talent.
5. Take Onward brand to the next level of being the best employer for potential candidates.
6. Key stakeholder to drive Bangalore growth
