This post is for you.  Onward is redefining the approach to patient engagement, making it easy for patients to follow doctors' instructions and helping them get better, sooner.  Why we're looking for you: You're made for a CTO + CoFounder profile, who can come in, lead the Tech team, accelerate our phase 2 product, and partner in driving the Onward vision.  Current Stage: We are a seed-funded company with strategic investors onboard, as well as a strong advisory board. We're MVP-ready with pilots running at three large Hospital customers.   Compensation: Only apply if you're open to Salary + Equity plan. You will be hiring employees on salary + ESOP plans. You will be coming into a position where you will be expected to join hands in building a business from current stage to increasing rounds of growth, and scaling up.   Requirements  1) Graduation in Computer Science or similar, followed by 3-4 years of experience in high-performance software engineering teams.  2) Preference will be given to candidates who have been CTO Founder / CoFounder in the past.  3) Expertise in building system architecture.  4) Strategic thinking.
