Product Manager - Growth

We are looking for Product managers interested to shape the next chapter of engagement and growth strategy for Onsitego. In this cross-functional role you will be working with technology, business, marketing, design and executive teams to chart out the growth strategies. You should be able to break down complex problems into steps that drive product development, adoption and engagement.

An ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience managing high growth consumer or SaaS products. Background in engineering along with a MBA degree is preferred.

Problems you will solve

- Understand and analyse competitive environment, customers and product metrics to determine the right set of features to drive engagement

- Articulate user insights, create user journeys and communicate with the business, product, technology teams with conviction

- Drive product requirements definition, product planning and product design (including writing PRDs) of new features and enhancements

- Develop a comprehensive product and marketing roadmap to deliver on engagement and revenue goals

- Participate with engineering teams to influence design & architecture

- Ask the right questions & use data to make decisions

- Experience you will bring

- Build products for app and web environment

- Qualitative and quantitative data analysis

- Strong bias for action

- Communication, persuasion and presentation skills

- Experience with toolset (but not limited to) like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, CleverTap, LSQ, MixPanel, VWO, A/B Testing, Jira, Confluence etc
