Role : Management Reporting & Analysis

Position/Role description : In order to support the rapid growth in business, we are working towards execution of several initiatives around management reporting, investor reporting, strategy planning & implementation and tracking of KPIs. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for analysis and reporting of business performance, budgeting, forecasting, planning and assisting in execution of strategic projects. This position offers an excellent opportunity to be part of the critical finance function of a growing company

Key responsibilities :

- Develop a thorough understanding of business - from customer acquisition to service journey across different acquisition channels and key metrics that impact the organization.

- Manage reporting and analysis process including periodic reporting, variance analysis and review deck preparation - both internal as well as external with suitable presentation and storytelling

- Support business teams and management with historic as well as forecasted data, trends and insights on need basis required for purpose of strategic decisions.

- Extensive presentations to business heads, finance head, senior management and investors on business and financial performance. Able to build narratives/story line with the key messages.

- Adhere to timelines for all deliverables. Support development of best practices for analysis, forecasting and the budgeting process.

- Continually work towards building automation in the reporting process

- Providing insightful analysis of business results to senior management and perform ad-hoc analysis that leads to problem-solving and business improving recommendations.

- Ability to handle large volumes of unstructured data from multiple sources efficiently

- Interface with cross-functional teams to gather information, prepare MIS reports, review KPIs and track performance.

- Support the annual strategy and financial planning process.

- Assist in execution of key strategic projects having an org wide impact

- Undertake ad hoc reporting and analytical projects as may be required from time to time

Ideal candidate attributes :

- CA and/or MBA Finance from reputed institute with 8 -10 years of experience.

- Experience of working in a fast paced, ambiguous and collaborative environment will be a plus Expert knowledge and hands on experience in Excel and Power point.

- Exposure to visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI will be an added advantage.

- Strong and assertive communication as this role demands interactions across senior management, external stakeholders and business teams.

- Ability to work independently and with the team with excellent interpersonal skills. Must be proactive, self-driven and take end to end ownership of projects

- Exhibit highest standards of integrity, accuracy, attention to detail and is well organized.

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and multi-task across projects
