JD - Head of Performance Marketing

- We are looking for a Head of Performance Marketing to take the lead in developing successful, long-term digital marketing strategies for Onsitego.

You should have in-depth ROI-driven marketing experience and a passion for digital technologies. You will work closely with different teams to ensure consistency through all digital marketing channels.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and deliver an annual strategy to grow the digital offering in line with overall business and marketing goals

- Lead a group of team members to allocate, invest, and optimize the performance media budget across all channels to meet our business targets

- Define and measure growth metrics, dashboards, and be responsible for communicating key actionable insights to the business

- Oversee campaign management & reporting, including in-depth analytics of LTV, CPA, ROI

- Innovate and implement test and learn strategies and drive scalable results

Requirements :

- 10+ years experience in acquisition marketing and performance/growth marketing with direct oversight of SEM, display, retargeting, paid social, and funnel optimization

- 3-5 years of people management experience

- A Start-up mentality and ability to thrive in a fast-paced learning environment.

- Exceptional problem solving, and analysis skills combined with the ability to synthesize and effectively communicate findings to all levels throughout the organization

- Experience with Analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, Clevertap, Appsflyer, etc)

- Experience managing a large budget
