Onsite Recruiter - Consulting Firm

We have an urgent opening for an Onsite Recruiter with a Global Consulting client. The person will be deployed at Client location in Gurgaon.

Role :

- Understanding the clients needs and delivering value by creating right solutions for them.

- Expertise in Industry Mapping & tracking across industry functions and segments.

- Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle from requirement download, sourcing, selection, offer negotiation to on boarding the candidates

- Sourcing best talent through Job boards, Employee Referral Program and social media

- Create active pipeline of Talent Pool for critical upcoming positions.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- 4 to 6 years of experience.

- Strong exposure in Financial domain / IT.

- Stakeholder Management & has the ability to interact across levels

- Excellent Communication Skills

- Ability to work under pressure
