HIRING Onsite Delivery Partner : a Largest Global IT Services Company in USA

Role & Responsibility :

- Experience in managing large programs, driving organic growth through presale / Up sale / cross sale, customer escalation management, customer relationship and P&L of the portfolio.

- Client Handling : Interaction with customer for new projects, leads, proposals, SOW (Scope of work), cross-sell, project reviews, escalation handling (defining governance model), making sure that proactive actions are taken, connect with client leadership team

- P&L Responsibility: Ability to maintain profitability at portfolio level, for key projects. Drive continuous improvements through automation, process improvements, client negotiations
