What you'll offer us - - Responsible for evaluating, strategizing, building and executing new initiatives to drive mobility solutions and its application across target segments and markets. - Ability to identify, define and project hyperlocal markets, segments, and tailor business, operational and technical solutions to deliver outcomes. - Risk aversion and mitigation to safeguard and protect partner and business interests. - Identify evolving needs, translate feedbacks, priorities to address application growth while building a moat to sustain market dominance. - Constantly check, ascertain and ensure benchmark quality in final services delivery. - Coordinate for critical communications, marketing information, segment retention efforts, and promos &amp; offers management with multiple stakeholders for different applications. - Leverage data to drive growth and decisions across applications. - Owning the business side of supply and demand-side deliverables and constraints across different applications. What you'll need - - A minimum of 3+ years of experience focused on consumer-facing products and services. - Instinctive ability to understand and realize solutions through technology. - Problem-solving skills with strategic and tactical experience. - Strong business and technical acumen and ability to leverage data, insights into strong go to market strategy. - Excellent team management with a strategic outlook. - Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships with all stakeholders and partners. - Graduation with a strong proven track record in SPV or Project Management or MBA is preferred. - Motivated and driven to take on additional responsibilities with a sense of urgency. - Willingness to learn and work in a hyper-growth company. - Comfort with ambiguity and a bias to - fill the organizational gaps- when they occur.
