Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategies to identify, onboard, and manage franchise partners across designated territories.

- Conduct market research to identify potential franchise opportunities and evaluate market potential.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing franchise partners.

- Lead negotiations and finalize agreements with franchise partners, ensuring alignment with ONN Bikes' objectives and standards.

- Provide ongoing support and guidance to franchise partners, ensuring compliance with brand standards and operational requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize franchise performance and drive business growth.

- Develop and implement training programs for franchise partners to enhance operational efficiency and customer service standards.

- Monitor and analyze franchise performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform franchise development strategies.

Skills and Qualifications required:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

- 2+ years of experience in partner/distribution or franchise channel acquisition, preferably in the mobility or automobile or related industry.

- Proven track record of successfully identifying and acquiring franchise partners.

- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to drive initiatives from conception to execution.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

- Willingness to travel as needed.
