We are seeking a seasoned Business Expansion Manager with expertise in multisided platform development and B2B channel expansion to drive ONN Bikes' growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the dynamics of multisided platforms and experience in cultivating B2B partnerships. They will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, developing expansion strategies, and executing plans to scale our platform and B2B channels effectively.

- Conduct in-depth market research to identify opportunities for platform expansion and B2B channel development.

- Analyze market dynamics, user behaviors, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.

- Identifying partnerships to add value to the platform ecosystem.

- Develop and execute strategies to expand ONN Bikes' B2B channels, including corporate partnerships, fleet management solutions, and corporate mobility programs.

- Identify and prioritize target segments and industries for B2B engagement, leveraging market insights and industry trends.

- Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including corporate clients, government agencies, and industry associations.

- Negotiate partnership agreements, pricing structures, and service-level agreements to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.

- Continuously monitor and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

- Collaborate closely with product development, marketing, operations, and sales teams to align expansion efforts with company objectives and priorities.

- Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive platform growth and B2B channel development.

Skills and Qualification required:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.

- Proven experience in business development, market expansion, or strategic planning, preferably in Mobility or any multisided platforms

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a track record of leading cross-functional teams.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking with a results-oriented mindset.
